What to expect
PACKAGE SELECTION
Through an email or a phone call, we can discuss what package suits your listing strategically prior to making your selection.
BOOKING
This where we pick a date and time that fits your seller’s needs and schedule. I send the contract and invoice and upon completion the media shoot date is locked in.
I TAKE IT FROM HERE
Once the contract is signed and invoice is paid our scheduled shoot date is locked in. This is where I do the rest of the work to free up your time!

What areas do you serve?
I primarily serve the Brainerd Lakes Area and Central Minnesota, but I'm available to travel for the right property or project. If you're outside my normal service area, reach out and we can discuss the details.
What is included in your real estate media packages?
Packages vary depending on the property and the level of coverage you're looking for. Options can include professional photography, cinematic property video, drone photography and video, 2D floor plans, social media reels, lifestyle imagery, and custom features such as day-to-night transitions.
Which package is right for my listing?
That depends on the property and how you want it marketed. Smaller in-town properties may only need a streamlined photo and video package, while lake homes, luxury properties, acreage, or unique listings may benefit from drone coverage, floor plans, lifestyle features, and a fully customized showcase film. If you're not sure which package makes sense, I'm happy to help determine what will best showcase the property.
Do you offer drone photography & video?
Yes. Professional aerial photography and video are available with select packages or can be added to a custom package when they make sense for the property.
How long does a typical real estate shoot take?
Shoot time depends on the size and complexity of the property and the services included. I'll coordinate the timing with you ahead of the shoot so we can make the most of the property, lighting, and any aerial or lifestyle elements.
How quickly will I receive the finished media?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the package, project volume, and editing requirements. I'll communicate the expected delivery timeline when your shoot is scheduled.
